Warranty Period: All products come with one year limited warranty from the date of purchase on your tax invoice.  The limited warranty applies to all our products except battery driven toys.

Our 7 days replacement policy is only applicable to dead on arrival products(DOA).  It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct goods are ordered.  All goods sold are non refundable after 7 days of the invoice.  Restocking charges of 10% apply to goods returned within 7 days of the invoice date.

Warranty Cover: We are not responsible for any damages from your transport and installation.  The warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use and does not apply to any improper use or transport.

Return and refund: Repair or replacement of faulty products during the warranty period. Refunds are only applicable to products under warranty and the products are not longer available and cannot be repaired.
